2. Services Provided

We offer a range of professional beauty services including:

• Cosmetic Tattooing / Semi-Permanent Makeup

• Eyelash Extensions

• Brow Tinting/ Dye & Waxing

• Lash Lift & Dye

• Brow Lamination

• Nail

3. Appointments

• All appointments must be made in advance via our booking system or directly with our team.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

4. Payment

• Payment is due in full on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash and card payments on premises.

5. Deposit, Cancellations & Refunds

• A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.

• Refunds on completed services are not provided except in exceptional cases and are at the discretion of management.

6. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.

• M Studio adheres to strict hygiene, safety, and infection control procedures in line with industry standards.

7. Results & Expectations

• Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.

• While we strive for consistent and beautiful outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including service materials and visuals, are the property of M Studio and protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

• M Studio is not liable for any adverse reactions, dissatisfaction, or incidental damages arising from your use of our services or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any changes.
